What one point is worth

The wiki lists eight skills. Athletics adds 5% move and generator speed. Construction adds 10% to building and demolition. Cooking, Crafting, Fishing and Liquids each add 5%. Research and Salvaging add 10%. People you recruit out in the world are not guaranteed a starting bonus. The opening trio can be rerolled forever. Opening bonus rules disagree between the wiki (one +5, or two +3s) and the 0.3.7 Quick Start (two story bits, +5 twice or +10 once, total 0 to 20). I keep both, both labelled as Early Access.

Morale levers that have numbers

Rescuing someone new is listed at +40. A favourite dish is +35 on top of the meal’s own quality. A matching specialty starts around +45 and shrinks toward 0 by level 10. Thresholds themselves rise as people level, so a score that was Happy can become Neutral without anyone eating worse. The priority panel is Y. Housing matters because sleep is when air filters do their work; that mechanic lives on the pollution page.

A Floating City asks for 25 people. A Year asks for 365 days. I will not print a maximum population. The achievement is a floor you can hit, not a cap the game announces. Experience curves are unpublished, so “how long to max an attribute” stays unanswered.
