Flotsam System Requirements
Steam lists Core i5, 8 GB RAM, GeForce GTX 650 and 600 MB available disk space. Its legacy game OS field says Windows 7 SP1+, but the current Steam client requires Windows 10 or later; GOG also lists Windows 10.

Steam minimum, with the GOG disagreement
Steam prints one column and no recommended column. The same listing warns that the Steam client supports Windows 10 and later starting 1 Jan 2024. Its Windows 7 game field is not a promise that today’s Steam client runs on Windows 7. I am not going to invent a “recommended” PC. GOG repeats the processor, memory, graphics and 600 MB disk, but it asks for Windows 10. The Fandom page still shows an older Early Access line of 4 GB RAM and 1 GB disk. I treat that as a stale wiki row and keep Steam as the figure I would plan a purchase around.
The Steam listing checked did not show a Steam Deck badge. A Deck compatibility filter came back empty on 7 Nov 2026. Proton or Wine reports for Mac and Linux were not part of the sources I used, so those boxes stay blank.

Will it run on a Steam Deck?
No Deck badge was found in the Steam listing checked on 2026-11-07. This does not establish incompatibility. I will not guess Verified or Playable.
Why does another site say 4 GB of RAM?
That figure is on the Fandom page and matches the Early Access era. Steam now says 8 GB.
